I want to make you aware that prior to a face-to-face appointment with me, certain boxes need to be ticked.
Over the past 18 months, during the Covid -19 pandemic, rules and regulations have been brought in to help stop the spread of disease. The policies, procedures, and risk assessments that I have always had in place, do not vary much from today’s government guidelines.
I have always requested that clients do not attend if feeling unwell, I have always moved appointments free of charge or offered a refund in these circumstances. Before attending an appointment now, you are required to inform me that you have not been in contact with any infectious diseases within 24 hours of your appointment. I am also required to ask for this information by Harmony Rooms. I encourage you to scan the Harmony rooms NHS track and trace QR code upon arrival.
I have always cleaned the couch before and after each client, disposable couch roll has always been used, and this remains the same. in addition, and a requirement of Harmony Rooms, all hard surfaces are now cleaned after each client and the room left for 30 minutes to air before the next appointment.
I have always washed and sanitised my hands, how many of you can recall commenting on the lovely aroma of my Neal’s yard hand spray? The difference now, I ask you to sanitise too.
I am fully vaccinated against Covid- 19, it was my personal choice. I continue to wear a face covering and, or visor depending on the type of appointment to prevent the spread of any infectious disease. Harmony rooms and I request that you wear a face covering when attending for your appointment.
I also take a rapid lateral flow test before my first client of each day, this will give you peace of mind that I am doing all that I can for you, I would deeply appreciate that you do your best for me too.
