I love being creative, not only is it a fun thing to do, but being creative offers numerous benefits, including stress relief and relaxation through activities like sewing, knitting, gardening, baking or digital crafting. It provides me with a meaningful outlet for self-expression, and engaging in creative tasks improves my mental health and general wellbeing too..
