I had a distant healing with Jo’s new Beta healing energy and I would highly recommend Jo as a healer. I felt a lot lighter after the session and grounded. Jo is highly intuitive and picked up on where I had blocks and tension in my body. She was able to balance my chakras and clear the blocks. As a result a lot of the pain had gone and I have a clear understanding of the areas I need to work on. Jo gave me feedback after the session which was so accurate and has facilitated me on my spiritual journey. Jo has an amazing gift and a beautiful healing energy. I have also attended some of Jo’s Reiki courses which I would highly recommend.
