We are aware that group sessions are not always right for you are your family. So, we have created an online course just for you. With the carefully written handbook and clear descriptive videos, Jo will guide you step by step through all the massage techniques along with their benefits, enabling you to learn the loving art of baby massage at a time and place that is convenient for you. The simple massage techniques are for you to use at home or when out and about. Massage can become part of your daily routine, or used as and when the benefits are required.

Before you purchase please note
- While it is generally safe to massage from birth, if your baby hasn’t had a first 6/8 week check before commencing the course, we recommend that you seek consent from your GP/HV
- You will need internet/WIFI to download the videos and PDF
- The course is written and spoken in English.
- You will be required to complete an online consultation form before commencing the course, to ensure it is safe for you to massage your child and for the purpose of our insurance.
