I really struggle to meditate and switch off but with Jo’s help and guidance I was able to relax and achieve a state of calmness. Jo also gives lots of tips to practise meditation after the session to help on your spiritual journey. Jo is also just such a lovely lady, who radiates positivity and cannot do enough to help you.

It was excellent, Jo has such a calm, inclusive, reassuring approach which made the workshop so interesting, informative and magical. I learnt a lot and Jo led a beautiful guided meditation to support the charging of our crystals. She is so knowledgeable and intuitive I would highly recommend her workshops and attunements.
